A new artist for me and one seemingly centered on the dis-ease of what ever their main subject is.
The background figures of the Count’s painting, definitely know what’s up, as does the nude behind his self portrait.
Will have to check on others, in a world out of kilter, maintaining a front doesn’t seem to be working for them.
