A person should follow their interests, they may or may not be prosperous, but in most cases they will be happy. Baking bread, repairing shoes, writing well are all things that can bring joy and provide a living. That is only the entre point, from there a bakery may blossom, custom shoes might be made, the great American novel might finally be written. If a person likes what they do, it is not work.
