Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Some see a sunset and marvel at the view, others see a place ready for development, is it condos or houses.

Beauty is inherent in us all, but not all seek to bring it into their lives, they want forms, material wants, all sorts of inanimate junk, that was, is, and will always be worthless. If one is not willing to reach out to the beauty of another's soul, one will have a very hard time to find any beauty in one's own.

Thus we blind ourselves to beauty by mistaking it for somewhat we want rather than something we inherently are.
