Hate starts slowly. It begins as a discomfort, an irritation, that gradually builds into anger. The anger grows until it is so white hot that almost everything that once was there is burned, leaving only the heat of hate as one’s being.
The emptiness, while self made can only be healed by acceptance of others and one’s situation. Nothing else will allow such singular focus on what is not to dissolve, so that one can actually see the beauty and love that is.
