Health has been somewhat precarious for me, till about 20, so can honestly say, never expected to reach 21. Everything after that has been gratis, and most wonderful, good, bad, or indifferent.

Living within limits has made old age for me quite easy, at least so far.

For dry skin, which have had all my life, long sleeved light cotton or silk, maybe linen, shirts, do wonders to provide a barrier, keep the arms moisture on them, and make life a little easier. Something that have become well accustomed to doing.
