My grandfather, the one that only met twice in my life, had his own definition of intelligence. An intelligent person, was one who could as easily talk to the King of England, England had a King when he first said it, as they could to a ditch digger or plumber. If you can't do that, you are not intelligent, no matter what degrees or heights one has reached.

That got me to put myself in places to learn to do that, after a very sheltered, as in hospitalized youth. We need to tell our stories as much as we need to listen to other's stories.

Thank you for reminding me of the on going lesson that is life.
