Only Congress can end an entitlement. No matter who or what he may try, the law governs it. It may go up to the Supreme Court but they are not necessarily a rubber stamp. Fed Chair Powell has stated he will not resign if fired, he claims he has the law on his side.
Yes, his statements are rash and raw, but his actions have, at least up to now, careful. It is the circus he creates that makes him seem a clown.
One doesn’t get to where he is by being one.
