Reaching out is one of the most positive things one can do. It is the inability to do so that causes toxic situations.

As for what a chronic disease can teach one, patience is one thing, that the world still holds possibilities is another, that gratitude for just being alive and not totally dead, is also a very great positive.

Being real, even in crying is a positive moment.

There is a difference between people who are empathetic and those just uttering words.
