Read the Desiderata once in a while, the line that says, "there will always be those greater and lesser than you" or something similar, helps keep me centered. That plus a few chuckles along the way, without a smile now and then, life gets very long.

Being responsible is one thing, just remember, growing up is highly overrated, as my dad used to say.
