Religion and sex are, or at least can be separate worlds. At times they converge beautifully, at others they bear at best, a passing acquaintance.

If one accepts the standard to "Love one's neighbor as one love's one's self.", things should be, pardon the expression, straight forward.

One should attempt, to love one another with no exceptions. There are no exceptions to loving because someone is black, Islamic, gay, short, or anything else. It simply says to love them, simply love them, to borrow a lyric from Camelot.

Sounds like David is following the path rather well.

May his year be well.
