Remember getting picked up, was hitchhiking, by a member of a group with some name like light source. Took me to their set up, large place, and we commenced to talk about God, one of my favorite subjects. During our conversation and dinner, seven people came into the room, one at a time, dropped to their knees, and began to silently pray. It didn’t slow down the conversation but it was a little weird.
Afterwards he gave me a bed to sleep in and a towel for a shower, which was appreciated. Woke up feeling fine, was offered breakfast and then a ride to a good spot to get a ride.
He was a nice guy, we wound up agreeing to disagree and still be friendly and respectful towards each other.
We each believe in our own way, God comes to us as it does. As long as one is not harming either a person or another’s property, pretty much anything else is fine in my book.
The storm will pass and you’ll be stronger for it.
