Had a very good friend in my twenties, before tying up with someone for good, who was drop dead gorgeous. Any gal with me, was an instant competition for him. Could have been upset, but then, anyone who wanted him, was not that into me, so it was an easy way to see who was serious and who was not. People either want to be with me or they don't. Either way, it is best to know up front, than find out later on.
