Well stated and argued.
Am an eternal optimist. Until proven otherwise, am willing to take Justice Alito at his word, that no thing in his opinion will affect anything else. This may well be wishful thinking, blindly hoping, still prefer to go through life with hope and not fear or dread.
Life has shown me time and again that this world has good people in it.
If his words were accurate we need not fear. If not the hater’s will at least be revealed and thereby avoided. We can not make people better than they are, if we could the world would be a different place.
People make their own heavens or hells, they have to live with what they have done. That alone is or should be enough to get them to change. Laws may make them perform, one wants more at a wedding, it is a celebration not a work shift.
