What my life has taught me, is that one does not get over being in love with someone. One does, over time, learn how to move on, the past, does stay with you, until you open yourself to the present, are finally, again, able to see what is before you. Sooner or later, one is willing to make memories again, just how long that is, is a very individual matter.

You seemed to have started out unlucky in love, it can be very hard to remember, that it is better to love, to reach out, but also, only at one’s one rate. As have told myself, over and over, to go as slow as one must and as fast as is possible.

Always give yourself time to heal, and no one else can tell you, how long that is.
