His views, of almost an ancient German thought form implanted in to Mother Russia, to satisfy future developments, is quite a leap of imagination.
Considering that the Bolsheviks were very much the end justifies the means ideology, he may have understated its forces.
Have read a fair amount of Russian history, and nothing, not Mongols, Norsemen, or other invaders, were wont to inflict such savagery on the people.
